Recruitment Position:
1、 Salary of die repairman 4K-6K
1. Independently complete mold processing and assembly work according to the diagram;
2. Evaluate and repair plastic molds in production;
3. Communicate and coordinate with various departments regarding issues encountered during the processing.
Qualifications for the position:
1. More than 1 year of mold maintenance experience;
2. Can operate lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, and can burn and weld.
2、 Quality Engineer Salary: 6K-9K
1. Responsible for the early planning of project quality and quality control throughout the project process.
2. Responsible for the quality control of project suppliers, as well as the assessment and evaluation of supplier quality, quality claims, fines, and other related work.
3. Responsible for handling customer complaints and promptly responding to their reports, as well as following up on and implementing corrective actions.
4. Responsible for controlling the quality of each process in the production process, preventing the occurrence of batch quality problems, and developing strategies and quality improvement plans for continuous improvement.
5. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of quality data, providing effective corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement of quality.
6. Responsible for establishing inspection procedures and standards, and standardizing the quality standards of inspection work.
7. Responsible for the operation, rectification, implementation, and promotion of various audits of the system.
8. Responsible for the management of inspection and testing, as well as the management of testing instruments and measuring tools.
9. Have at least three years of experience as a quality engineer or supervisor in the automotive industry, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
3、 Technical engineer salary negotiable 7K-10K
① Maintain technical communication with customers and be responsible for product pricing;
② Sort out the APQP development process and carry out process development, prepare PFMEA, control plan, special list, processing process card, operation manual and other process documents;
③ Participate in quality planning and process improvement for each process, set and verify supplier or self-made processes, and continuously improve them;
④ Design technical drawings for raw materials, develop raw materials, and follow up on acceptance;
⑤ Handling quality and NVH issues related to processing and after-sales feedback;
⑥ Develop a process parameter validation plan and schedule, guide process validation, and review validation reports;
⑦ Manage engineering changes, promote evaluation, validation, improvement, material switching management, and standardized maintenance work, monitor change risks, conduct phased summaries, and conduct process discipline inspections.
